At Complete Design & Packaging, we create a unique experience—for both you and your project—by assuring your packaging or display protects your product, projects your quality and presents your brand. The actions we take to solve your packaging challenges are fueled by our core values of integrity, honesty, accountability, creativity, and community. Simply put, we deliver solutions that have a powerful competitive advantage.
To create better packaging and display solutions.
To foster a community of innovators who have a positive impact on both our customers and one another.
There’s a reason we’re called Complete Design & Packaging—it’s because we offer a comprehensive array of services for custom corrugated packaging and displays right here in our cutting-edge facility in Concord, North Carolina. We take care of all of your needs from stock to store with a complete turnkey approach, great customer service, and people who really care.
Let’s get creative.
In the manufacturing industry, creativity is key in order for your products to command attention. Thanks to our structural and prepress team—who have a combined 82 years of experience—we can proficiently design effective, visually-appealing point-of-purchase displays and packaging. Applications such as Artios CAD, Esko Automation Engine, and Adobe Illustrator are used in conjunction with one another to create the highest quality end product.
We have the capacity to handle your project.
From single samples to the longest flexo-press runs, we’ve got you covered with the latest technology. Our focus on high-graphics print has encouraged us to invest in an EFI™ Nozomi C18000, an EFI™ VUTEk® h3, and 6-Color Apstar Flexo Press over the years. Combined with our other flexo presses, folder-gluers, and digital equipment, we utilize a total of 13 machines. Not only is our breadth of equipment important to highlight, but also the efficiency with which we run them—our plant can handle 16 million square feet of capacity per month, per shift.
Fulfillment in every sense of the word.
We have the capacity to go beyond manufacturing to assemble, kit-pack, and fulfill your packaging project. Any, or all, of these services can be applied to point-of-purchase displays, industrial packaging, e-commerce, finished inventory, and retail signage. Offering a totally turnkey approach like this provides efficiency, convenience, and peace of mind.
The space you need, when you need it.
Repeat orders and special situations may require unique logistics. In these cases, we offer warehousing and distribution where it makes sense. Between our two facilities, we allocate 40,000 square feet of space to make the shipping and handling of your project more efficient.
Complete Design and Packaging’s facilities are fully equipped to handle any packaging challenge. Our 120,000 square foot manufacturing site and 92,000 square foot warehouse are home to millions of dollars of technology and machinery investments—including, but not limited to, the first EFI™ Nozomi C18000 in the United States, an EFI™ VUTEk® h3, an Esko Kongsberg C64 CAD table, and multiple flexo folder-gluers.
A box or POP display is a highly effective form of communication. A way to craft a unique experience. To create a first impression. To form a personal relationship with a product and company. To deliver a brand promise. To literally open up excitement. In other words, a powerful competitive advantage.
Here’s some of our best work.
