Digital Printing
Single-pass, direct-to-corrugated digital printing enables high-resolution, full-color graphics without the need for printing plates. That means no plate charges, faster setup, and greater flexibility for shorter runs, seasonal programs, and regional variations. Digital printing also allows multiple versions of artwork to be produced in the same run, making it easier to test messaging or tailor designs by retailer or region.
Flexographic Printing
For large, repeat programs where traditional printing remains the most efficient choice, CDP offers multi-color flexographic printing. Flexo lines are configured to deliver consistent, high-quality print on a wide range of board grades and structures. The same design and prepress teams that support digital projects ensure that flexographic projects meet your brand standards.
Die-Cutting and Gluing
After printing, corrugated sheets move through die cutting, digital cutting, and gluing processes. CDP’s combination of automated and specialty equipment allows us to convert simple shipper boxes as well as complex multi-panel displays and intricate specialty structures. Gluing processes are tuned to the specific structure so that displays assemble smoothly and hold up in the field.
Quality and Consistency
Throughout manufacturing, CDP emphasizes repeatability and quality control. Checks occur at setup and during production to ensure graphics are in register, cuts are clean, folds are accurate, and finished pieces meet specification.
